In 2015, Lighthouse Painting completed the interior painting of the new 88,000-SF State of Maine Office Building located at 151 Jetport Boulevard in South Portland, Maine.  The project included painting the Department of Health & Human Services, the Department of Labor, the Maine Veterans’ Services, and the Career Center. Completed in record time, the two-story office building was constructed and painted in just 286 days despite unexpected permitting, which delayed the project by 2-1/2 months.  The project was the 2015 recipient of the ACG Build Maine Award!

185 Fore Luxury Condominiums - Portland, Maine

Lighthouse Painting completed 185 FORE - an exciting new luxury condominium building located in the historic Eastern Waterfront District on the corner of Fore and India Street, in Portland's East End.  The building has 8 units, nick-named "The Million Dollar Condos."

Blueberry Commons- Falmouth, Maine

Lighthouse Painting completed three town home apartment buildings totaling 95,000 square feet.  The project included painting 34 apartments and multiple common areas, including a salon and spa, cafe store, and a large function room.

Cole Haan Corporate Headquarters - Scarborough, Maine

In 2015, Lighthouse Painting completed the painting for the  37,000 square foot office renovation for Cole Haan's corporate offices. We painted private offices, workstations, product development areas, a photography studio, technology training areas, an exercise room and more.
